Frequently Asked Questions
We get that there is a lot to think about. While we always recommend chatting with us for personalized guidance, here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.
How will you guarantee the rent?
Our business brings in steady income, and paying rent is just part of how we operate. To make things even more secure for you, we’ll sign the lease through our business and personally guarantee the rent too.

Your trust means everything to us. It’s the foundation of our business. Our goal is to be the kind of tenant you’ll never want to replace.
How do you charge? Is it a flat fee or do you take a piece of the rent?
No catch at all.

We don't take a cut of your rent. Guests are happy to pay a bit more for short-term stays, and we just keep whatever's left after covering your full asking rent.
How do you know who's entering and leaving the place?
Security is a top priority for us. With your okay, we’ll install a Wi-Fi–enabled camera outside the building to make sure guests aren’t bringing along anyone they shouldn’t.
How do you screen your guests, and what do you look for?
Most of the platforms we use run background checks and verify IDs. We get that info with every inquiry and personally decide who to approve. We also ask guests why they’re visiting and take their reason into account before confirming a stay.

We’re committed to making sure everything runs safely and professionally — after all, our reputation depends on it.
Do you market on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?
We list our properties on several travel booking platforms, such as Furnished Finder, Booking.com, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, and Corporate Housing, among others. These OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) serve as a bridge between us and our guests.

We target corporate travelers, traveling nurses, leisure tourists, and business professionals through various marketing channels, all while ensuring secure screening for every guest.
How do you ensure there are no parties? What if a party occurs?
To be completely transparent, we go above and beyond to prevent parties or events at our units and ensure the property is always in pristine condition. It’s in our best interest to maintain these rentals perfectly — any damage or issues result in downtime and lost revenue. Plus, it affects our reputation on these platforms, which means fewer quality bookings.

To prevent this, we use noise detectors in the units. If the noise exceeds a certain level, our team is immediately notified, and we’ll send someone to address the situation and ask the guests to leave if necessary. While we don’t anticipate this happening, any required maintenance or damage will be fully handled by us should it occur.

This is extremely rare.
